If the deposit has not been received within ten days the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
* once the deposit has been received, Don Cactus campsite will confirm the reservation by sending the client an authorised reservation form.
This form should be presented on arrival at the campsite.
* The reservation fee will be 50 € for plot.
Cancelling a reservation more than two weeks before the date of arrival will result in loss of 50% of the amount paid. If the reservation is cancelled less than two weeks before the arrival date the whole deposit will be lost. The reservation will be maintained for the amount of days covered by the deposit paid.
* On arrival payment will be made for each stipulated day, even in the event of leaving earlier than agreed.
* the reservation deposit will be taken off the final bill, except in case of breakages, missing furniture, loss of key or dirtiness, in which case the corresponding amount will be deducted.
